Indeed, there is a wide gap between the original Oddworld and Soulstorm. Soulstorm creates a feeling of nostalgia similar to first playing Assassin’s Creed Odyssey and Metro Exodus while bringing fresh content at a reasonable pace. However, seeing your path from vantage points on a few levels and eventually getting there is a lovely and friendly touch. But, getting the best endings of the game is very challenging. You need a high level of focus and dedication to do so.
Indeed, it isn’t easy to get the Soulstorms’ best endings, but not impossible. So, yes, here’s a guide on how to get the Oddworld: Soulstorm endings. So, let’s see how?
Oddworld: Soulstorm Endings Guide
This guide divided into three parts. Yes, here you will see the best, good, and worst ending parts. So, make sure to read it till the end.
Best Oddworld: Soulstorm Ending
Final ending or popularly known as the best ending, to get this, you must require to save at least 80% of the Mudokons in each level. However, saving 80% of Mudokons for the first 15 levels will open the door for the last two.
Note: By saving the Mudokons, we don’t mean that you start saving the Mudokons in the entire game. It is based on level-by-level.
Also, you will see the ‘newspaper cinematic,’ which indicates the upcoming more enormous uprising. So, if you haven’t saved enough Mudokons, you can simply head towards the menu where you select the level. After that, see the stats for each level and go from there to save the required Mudokons.
Meanwhile, it would help if you made sure that Quarma is above 80%. Also, keep in mind that you do not quit the game before without completing the levels. Closing the game midstream without finishing it will not save the progress of the selected level. So, as by playing, you meet the criteria, you will able to choose the final level and again play it.
Good Oddworld: Souldstorm Ending
Now, talking about the Good ending, then you will get it by saving about 80% of the Mudokons in the first 12 levels. However, the good endings will help you to unlock the remaining two levels. It more like a true ending without any newspaper cinematic ending.
Bad Oddworld: Soulstorm Ending
As the name sounds, it means this is quite hard to get. Yes, you need to have around 80% Mudokons in just 7 to 11 levels. However, you will not be able to play the remaining two levels with this, and it is pretty fiery. So, simply head towards the levels. Then, locate the levels where you obtain or saved less than 80% of the Mudokons and go from there and try to save 80% Mudokons in that level.
Note: It is still doubtful whether the players earn the bad ending even if they have already gotten the good ending.
How to Get The Worst Oddworld: Soulstorm Ending
It is the most difficult ending to get. Yes, you need to save 80% Mudokons in just 6 or less than six levels. This ending is generally known as a catastrophic ending that also evades off the remaining two levels. It basically has a newspaper cinematic in which the myth of Abe’s uprising tells the player that many of Mudokons died.
Note: It is also doubtful that we can earn this ending if we have already earned or gotten the good endings.
Like the above ending, to get this, you can again go to the level select menu and try to save 80% of the Mudokons in each level to get a better ending.
What a masterpiece, truly speechless! From Stunning cutscenes to unimaginable animation, everything is perfect in this game. We highly suggest you play this game once. It has some great ending as above mentioned.
